*** SANTA MONICA BASED GOODRX
Santa Monica-based GoodRx, a prescription and health care provider, on Friday said it's offering free online health care provider visits for people who might need quick access to essential medications they lost due to the wildfires, for example. The company added that it can also provide immediate treatment for a variety of conditions including the flu, and urinary tract infections. Angelenos can use the code LA-GOODRX-CARE for a free telehealth appointment through GoodRx Care.
"As someone directly impacted by the LA fires and co-founder of a company built in the heart of Santa Monica, it's important to me and everyone at GoodRx that we do our part to ensure those affected are able to access their medications and manage their health during this time," said Doug Hirsch, co-founder of GoodRx. "We want anyone who has been displaced during the fires to be able to get the care they need, including emergency refills for medications that may have been damaged or left behind."

Direct Relief is a wildfire response organization based in California. They provide N-95 masks, medication, and more resources for healthcare agencies and first responders. Their California Wildfire page includes a fire tracker and links for donating.

Free Emergency Consultations: If you or someone you know has been affected by the fires and is experiencing dental emergencies—whether in-person or virtually—we’re here to help. Please reach out, and we’ll provide a free consultation to address any urgent dental concerns.
Free Recall Exam Visits: We’re offering free recall exam visits for the next three months to anyone who has been displaced. We understand that this may be a challenging time, and we want to ensure your dental health is taken care of while you focus on other priorities.
Referral Support: If you know of any friends or family members who have been displaced by the fires, please don’t hesitate to send them our way. We will provide their first exam and cleaning for free to help them get back on their feet.
Free Dental Hygiene Kits: For anyone who needs basic dental care supplies during this time, we have hygiene kits available at no cost. Please feel free to stop by and pick one up.
